Mr. Yim Leak has a passion for Cambodia's economic development and began to shape the grand vision of this growth alongside the vision of this family. He has worked in Cambodia’s banking and finance sector development with BIC Bank, BIC Markets and BIC Insurance, and with the visionary Beong Snor project, a landmark community-driven, multi-use development. Realizing the vast potential of ASEAN integration and opportunities with regional partners in both the private and public sector, Mr. Yim Leak is determined to do his part to ensure that the rapid economic growth and development of Cambodia continues at a steady pace. Mr. Yim Leak is also the Chairman and a Board Member of BIC Group.

Mr. Emery Huang has accumulated years of experience in the real estate industry as managing partner of real estate acquisition funds based in the USA, with a specific focus on multifamily and commercial properties. He is also active in the venture capital space through his entity Batu Capital, most recently having led the Series C for MJ Freeway, America's leading cannabis SaaS provider. Soon after, MJ Freeway was listed on the Nasdaq Exchange under the ticker KERN. Mr. Huang is also the CEO and a Board Member of BIC Group.

Mr. Evan Huang has been involved in real estate and development in New York for the last 10 years. Mr. Huang was the Director of Development at Tungsten Properties where he worked with top landlords, developers and hotel groups to position real estate developments and hospitality projects throughout the US. He is the Managing Partner of Velocity Capital Group, a real estate acquisition fund in the US. He is also a managing partner of Batu Capital, a family office and venture capital fund invested in the global cannabis industry. Mr. Huang also serves as the VP of Real Estate of BIC Group.

Mrs. Wei is an expert at financing, investment, and financial management in the international real estate development and construction industries. Mrs. Wei brings 16 years of experience at Beijing Construction Engineering Group (BCEG), one of the top Chinese construction SOEs. At BCEG, Mrs. Wei led teams working on a broad range of international development and construction projects in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Libya.

Mr. Matt Christie has an extensive background in industrial engineering, and over 16 years of experience in the construction and engineering industries. Mr. Christie garnered extensive experience in manufacturing and manufacturing processes. In 2009, his focus shifted to construction and project management with numerous luxury projects under his belt. Mr. Christie speaks Khmer, a result of his commitment to the region of Southeast Asia and Cambodia.

Mr. Lei holds a bachelors degree in civil engineering and architectural engineering design from the Technical University of Liaoning, China. Mr. Lei accumulated many years of project site management experience at EPC general, the contracting subsidiary of the MCC Group. Since 2012, Mr. Lei has been responsible for over ten major real estate development projects in China. His responsibilities included architectural planning, project operations management, planning management, fund planning management and acceptance management.

Ms. Zhou is experienced working in corporate development as a Mergers & Acquisition analyst for a US Fortune 500 company. She later joined RMS as a capital market analyst focusing on ILS (Insurance- Linked Securities) and Catastrophe Bonds. Ms. Zhou also has extensive experience as a corporate headhunter for Chinese SOEs, Private Equity and Investment Banking firms throughout China.
