Who we are

Named after the Phnom Kulen mountain range in Cambodia, whose waterfalls and streams birthed the ancient Khmer Empire, Kulen Property Group carries on the legacy of its namesake by delivering landmark developments throughout the Southeast Asian region.

We are a full-service development company led by a team of veteran real estate professionals with a deep respect for sustainability, cultural heritage, and community. It is on these three pillars that we are building the future of one of the fastest growing regions in the world.

Our Philosophy

Our Primary Focus is Luxury

Whether it’s a seaside resort in Phang Nga province, a casino gaming complex nestled amongst the mountain peaks east of Sihanoukville, or a central business district in the heart of Phnom Penh, we focus on bringing the best of the best to market.

Our development executives are intimately involved in every aspect of our projects from conception to completion. We work with best-in-class master planners, engineers, architects, and designers. Every detail is scrutinized, from the curtain wall design to luxurious interior finishes.

By applying world-class standards to high-growth markets, Kulen sets the bar in every space we enter.
